  Halls is great and Paul was very helpful in person and communicative over the phone on when my car will be done. Despite being back up with lots of cars they were able to have my electrical issue in and out on my Chrysler which I love. Prices were good I would recommend for sure

  Very professional..they fix my 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to bleed the brake fluid and fix the 4 brakes.. No more problem my truck. Finally runs good and brake is smooth and no smell burning the brakes. Thank you Hall's Auto Electric You excellent job!!!

  Although everyone that works here behaves in a polite manner when dealing with them in person, if I am reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of their work I wish I could give them 0 out of 5 stars. I was directed to see Hall's AE location by the Doge dealership off of 45. When I called to see if they had time to look at my car I was told that the earliest they could see it was the following week, so I made an appointment to drop off my car on 10/12/2021 @ 8am. When I arrived on Oct 12th Paul told me that they had gotten too many walk-ins the day before and that they were not going to be able to diagnose my car until next Tuesday (Oct 19th). I really do wish he had called me ahead of time since I live about 1 hour away from this location. Still I made a second appointment and asked that they call me if they were not going to be able to diagnose my car that day. On October 19th I brought my car in again and was told the diagnostic would be completed that day (the process itself would take 2 hours). At around 5pm of that same day, I called and spoke with Paul who told me they had not had a chance to get to my vehicle but that he would personally call me the following day (Wednesday 20th) with a report of the diagnostic. I waited all Wednesday and did not get a call. I called early on Thursday the 21st and was told my vehicle was next in line that I would surely be contacted later that day. As I was coming to expect, no one called me, so at 5:30pm I called and was told that once again they had not had a chance to diagnose my car. On Friday the 21st they finally ran the diagnostic and charged me $198 to tell me that although they knew what was wrong with my vehicle they were not able to find the part needed to fix it. I did a quick google search and immediately found a replacement part. Needless to say I will not be taking my vehicle here to have the part switched out.
