      Another service provider told us the heat exchanger needed replacement on our 12 year old system as part of a routine maintenance call. They shut off our heat, told us our heat exchanger was out of warranty, and tried to pressure us into a whole new furnace and a/c. When we checked with Carrier (our furnace brand) we found out we were absolutely under warranty. They recommended Haller, so we sought them for a second opinion. They were able to come out immediately to help us out. During which they confirmed (1) we were under warranty for both parts and labor, and (2) we actually did not have an issue at all via inspections and a combustion test (not done by our other provider). Haller was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. It was clear that they had our best interests in mind. Needless to say, we now have a new service provider in Haller. Thanks!

      Charles came to do maintenance on my gas boiler. I had just moved into a new home and I had no information on it from the previous owners/ personally didn’t know anything about gas heating. Charles was fantastic to work with! He took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. He even showed me how to properly maintenance my radiators. I highly recommend him, he is very nice and will not leave until you have a full understanding of everything!

      I've used Haller for over 3 years now with a service contract to perform yearly checkups with my 12+ year HVAC system. The Techs are very professional and know what they are doing. They provide honest recommendations, making it clear what needs to be done vs. what should / could be done. Haller can do everything, while the HVAC tech was out, he was also able to provide a quote to replace my hot water heater. When I signed up for my service contract, I felt the monthly price was a bit steep but wanted peace of mind. That price is locked in as long as I keep the contract active. Now that it's been a couple years, the price isn't too bad. The service contract is great, you get a discount on services and HVAC checkups twice a year. When I signed up I was told that they will reach out to schedule appointments with there members first, I've always had to call and schedule and during covid got my checkups delayed quite a bit. Not a huge deal, just stay on top of it. My only complaint, sometimes a non Haller branded tech comes out and they don't have a replacement air filter for the HVAC. My system isn't special and it uses a pretty standard size. I count the 2 Haller filters a year in my filter rotation, so when the tech doesn't bring one, it's annoying to have to spend extra money on something that I'm already paying for under contract. Overall, I would highly recommend Haller. If you can, ask for a Haller tech, they are the best. Everytime an official Haller truck pulls up I know it's going to be a quality detailed visit.
