  Everyone is super friendly and very patient. Took my son to try for his learners permit to drive and they were very helpful even if he didn't pass by just 1 question. He's going back next week to try again. Keep up the great customer service. You all rock it. Thank you for all of your help with my questions after.

  My wife came in here in March of 2021 to both get our Tennessee licenses. We made appointments and were in and out in 15 minutes. We were blown away by how easy and fast everything went. The clerk we worked with was incredibly polite and amazing at her job. We won't be going anywhere else in the future!

  You know what.. for a Driver's services center .. pretty fast and efficient. I like the fact the first person you see almost immediately, verifies all the stuff you need vs getting to the counter then finding out.. after waiting.. you need something else.. well done
