  Little Lee & Big Lee are both Liers and they do not stand behind there word. They lied to a church and then had the nerve to charge an account that had been requested to be terminated. That’s stealing! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

  First part of my reply is that you are not the account holder nor are you the person that was being billed. Your complaint is about internet service we installed at one location and due to a church split you moved it to a different location.With that said No one lied or stole from you or the account holder. Our cancellation policy requires that the sim card be returned before the service can be canceled. The account holder was reminded of the cancellation policy when requesting termination. You did request the service to be terminated on April 15 but didn't return the sim until April 28. Once the sim was returned your service was terminated. The charges charged to the account ended on the day the sim was returned.
