  The overall experience with Hancock Electric Company was great. Initially I had a hard time finding an electrician to complete the project because most of the people I found did not pick up the phone or where too busy to care for a small job. However, the Hancock Electric Company's team was professional and completed the work during the same appointment. George and his crew were respectful and took the time to explain the complexities and the related costs. Would definitely work with them again!

  We chose Hancock Electric Company based on positive reviews. We are very pleased with all aspects of the experience. We met James who noted what needed to be done and reviewed everything with us both before and after the work was completed. The techs arrived when scheduled and finished the job in the promised time-frame - and left no mess! From electricians to office staff, everyone we dealt with on this job was professional, friendly ,and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend the company.

  Had an emergency over the weekend at our building. Half of the power was out and the elevator was not operating. This is assisted living and it is important for all elevators, heating and cooling systems to be operational. Called our regular electricians at Hancock Electric Company and they were out within an hour. I had called the dispatch at 2:30a Sunday morning and the crew was at the building at 3:20a. At first the supervisor John arrived and then the crew showed up. All power was restored within 8 1/2 hours and during this time they were able to provide aux. power source. I can always count on them. I would always recommend them to anyone who is looking for prompt service and fair pricing.
