  These guys are the best in the biz! The Handyman Connection is now my "go to" for any work that I need done. My project that I wanted done, was not your normal request. Yet, Skylar in customer service was very helpful about finding out if the craftsman could accommodate my request-( it has to do with my front door). I recieved a call the next morning saying they would be happy to come out, assess the situation, and getter done. I also spoke with the owner Nate and he assured me their craftsman were experienced, credible, and even gave me a few bucks off the initial quote! When Dave showed up I was pleasantly surprised. He was on time, extremely professional, and was enthusiastically ready to work. Plus, I found out that Dave and I grew up in the same area, knew some of the same people, and just had fun conversation! If you are looking for quality, professionalism, and value- you've got to call the Handyman Connection. Like I said before, they are the best in the biz!

  They were hired to build 3 wood sleeves to cover 3 existing banister posts. First of all, we were very dissatisfied with this company because they rescheduled our appointment dates 4 times including a "no show" with no communication or contact person for us to call. Secondly, we depended on them to be the experts in recommending the type of wood needed to secure handrails to the post sleeves which they made. The wood acted and looked like veneer and popped open at the corners when the railing was attached. When we made a complaint we were told we were liable for the situation because it was the type of wood we had signed off on prior to the installation. It was a very poor recommendation on their part. On top of that, they cashed our deposit check 3 days after the initial consult and 4 weeks before any actual work was done.

  Handyman Connection did a full remodel of our basement and added shiplap to our kitchen and dining room, and we could not be happier with the work. From the introductory meeting with Chris to the day-to-day work with both Tom S and Tom G we felt that we were in good hands and that they were committed to doing great work while never cutting corners. These guys are true professionals that I would be happy to recommend to my friends and family.
