  All communication was prompt and courteous. The work was properly scheduled and completed in a reasonable time. Also, in comparison to other contractors I had contacted, the pricing for the whole project was absolutely fair for the job done. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience.

  James helped us renovate a rental home that was also my wife's childhood residence. He was great to work with and communicated well with us as we outlined the scope of work. The job was completed on time, at a fair market price, and very well done. The home looked so much better we secured a new tennant within a week of completion. We will work with James in the future and highly recommend his service.
