  I called them based on their stellar reviews. They seemed really professional when they came out for an estimate to paint and install a new storm door. But when it came time to do the job, a different person than the estimator came and he had no idea what he was doing. A 3.5 -4 hour job ended up taking 7. He got paint on the ceiling and didn’t patch all the marks we asked him to. He couldn’t get the door handle on so we didn’t have a functioning door. He also installed the handle backwards so we have to lift it up to open. There’s space between the bottom of the door and the house so air and bugs can get in. Later that night I received a $500 invoice for seven hours of shoddy work. It took almost two weeks for them to come back (after no showing twice) and it’s still not completely fixed. At this point I wish we had just done it ourselves. Would never recommend them!

  I had Handyman in DMV come to my house to fix a deck issue and 2 gutters. They came prompty and completed the project $200 under the estimate, which was a great surprise. Arrived on time and completed the work early. Explained everything, very polite, good quality work. No complaints at all! Will be using them again in the future.

  We worked with William Lopez and his team on two separate projects: fixing the fallen shingles on our roof due to wind damage and installing gutter guards, as well as the replacement of the front entrance and garage doors in our home. Both times William responded to our inquiries within a couple of hours, came out quickly to evaluate the jobs, and provided us with fair and detailed estimates. I want to mention that we communicated with William via email and phone, his responses were always prompt, pleasant, clear and informative. He answered all of our questions. For both projects, William's crew came on time, worked efficiently and were able to get the work done within estimated hours. They are extremely polite, professional and clean. For the door replacement, they put up plastic covers along the wall to block dust and waste from entering our home. At the end of the day, they vacuumed and cleaned the work area and removed debris. The finished work is absolutely beautiful and completely meets our expectations. I have nothing but compliments for William, and I would highly recommend this team. I look forward to working with William in the future for our build and repair projects!
