  We have hired Kevin and his team for many projects over the past few years. 1 They have created a rustic accent wall in our living room with barn wood. This included a short hallway that branches from that wall. It required many custom cuts to complete the look. At the same time they installed white shiplap siding on 2 of the other walls. 2. They have installed wall paper in our kitchen. 3. LHM&M has rebuilt the hand rails on our back deck and front porch. They also built a ramp to our front porch replacing the steps that were there. 4. They have come to seal the roof after a storm damaged it. 5. They have installed a metal roof on our house. My neighbor was so impressed she hired them to put steel roofing on her boat house and party dock. 6. While installing the metal roof they removed an old leaky skylight and repaired the damage from it. The ceiling in that room is perfect. There's no indication of the previous skylight. 7. The most impressive work item Kevin and his team have done for us was to build a platform for a new wood stove. It's made of rock with shiplap seating beside it. We're waiting on the wood stove to arrive for Kevin and Sam to install that. Overall I can say that Kevin has been a very reliable and invaluable partner in the renovation of our home.

  I have used Kevin Ledesma and his crew several times for various construction projects, remodels, paint, security cams, and misc repairs. He has always given me a fair price and does good work, taking pride in his workmanship. I strongly recommend LHM&M!

  I called LHM&M for a quote on repairing my fence. We set up a time for him to come look at it. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He gave me a reasonable price for the repairs. Kevin and his team arrived on time and ready to work. They completed it quicker than anticipated. I was very pleased with his work and called him back to hang our tv's. Kevin is my go-to guy for any repairs or remodeling from now on.
