  The complete service was great. They scheduled me next day, got me in earlier than expected and finished in a manner of minutes. They quoted me as soon as they took a look at the issue so no unexpected charges. Not overpriced. Great service all around.

  Called Hansen for an estimate for an outdoor outlet installed. They sent their tech Will out immediately. He was great, gave me a prompt, fair estimate and when I was ready came out to do the work. Great customer service and work. Exceptional company will definitely use for future needs.

  I had the 200 amp breaker on my trailer go out. Called Hansen,and they sent out this kid to do an estimate. He said it would be $2700 plus because he would have to change the pole and everything.I was an electrician back in the day, so I asked why he had to change the pole. He said it was leaning and he didn't know if the inspector would pass it, then I explained that the inspector just passed it 1 1/2 years ago. Then he said it was just there policy to cover them. So I declined his offer and called a real electrician at Smith electric and got the job done for $435. Need I say more! Well I'm a maintenance tech at an apartment complex that used to use Hansen.
