  I had a fantastic experience today working with Laurie in the billing department. She was incredibly helpful in getting things straightened out with our business account. I've regularly had good experiences with both the office team and the workers in the field. We are lucky to have such a great utility company for our town!

  Tony, who is one of their (I believe) engineers, is amazingly kind. Loved the guy when he came out as he was not only kind but helpful and accommodating as well. Also, have never had an issue with them although I am not a renter and that appears to be a significant factor in whether you are satisfied or not with this company.

  The company as a whole has never done me wrong, I pay on time in turn without issue so far they provide good service. I have witnessed on a few occasions were it seemed that some of the HEC employees needed brush up on positive customer service strategies.
