  If you are having septic issues or need a new field. This is the company to call! They are great at what they do! We had them out to install a new field and the process was smooth start to finish. We are thankful that they were able to get it done before installs were no longer allowed for winter. They are reasonably priced and great to work with.

  After calling several plumbers, I called Hartland septic when we were having issues with our drains overflowing and clogging. We thought there was a drain clog, but the supervisor Chris spent extra time after he was home from work explaining how that could affect the system. He looked up our tank and explained the whole process and information about the tank. Had he not been so patient and kind, I probably would have called a plumber to attempt to fix the problem, but instead decided it was worth a shot after his explanation. He not only took the time to explain, but got us an appointment in way less than 24 hours- in fact they were here before 8am the next day! Greg was our service professional. He was very kind, quick and wonderful about explaining the steps and how our septic pump was working. This was right after a big snow storm and even though they had issues getting up the driveway and had to dig in snow to find our tank, Greg was wonderful! Best of all, OUR DRAINS ARE CLEAR! In less than 2 hours they solved our problem. Did I mention the cost was extremely reasonable?? THIS is what small business centered around customer service looks like! We will be recommending them to all our friends and family from now on. Please, please dont hesitate to call them. They are lifesavers! Thank you again, Chris, Greg and Hartland Septic! You're the best!

  Week before Thanksgiving, found out my septic field had failed and needed to be replaced. Needed to be an engineered field, meaning $$$. After getting the permit, I called around for quotes. Not only did Hartland Septic respond immediately, Jeff drove out the next day to walk the site, check for obstructions, and provided a thorough quote. He was the least expensive (I don't like the word cheap as it can imply poor quality or poor service), and made sure we understood everything that he was doing. We required an electrician, and while he didn't do that service himself, he provided us with an electrician that he works with frequently. Overall, the entire job took 4 days, not including the weekend in which they didn't work. The job was done cleanly, quickly, the yard was smoothed out, the mess kept to a minimum, and we've EXTREMELY happy with the service that was provided to us. 10 out of 10, would recommend Hartland Septic to anyone for their septic needs.
