  Pros: they did the work at a low price and were nice. Cons: they are only open Monday through Friday 8-4 and they do not give you an actual time or date they are coming. I work these exact hours so when it came time for the workers to come they only knew the instructions from the owner and not me. There was miscommunication every time and they were at my house 3 or 4 times. I was off for Spring Break so we asked them to come back that week for the final visit to get the things fixed. She told me a week in advance that they were coming. she said we can probably do Tuesday. She never gave a time. Tuesday comes and no one was working bc of the "rain"?? No one ever called us or answered the phone to tell us they wouldn't be coming bc they were not working. Wednesday she calls me and tells me they can either come Thursday or Friday. They will be there anytime between open and close. I waited around thursday and no one came or called. Friday I decided to go to lunch with my husband. The owner called and said ok they can be at your house in 30 minutes this was at 12:30. She actually sounded upset that I was not at home waiting on them. I had requested my fridge to be given its own outlet and breaker. Over the phone the owner said sure no problem. She later informed me that it would be too much hassle for her guys to do, even though I said I would pay for it. So I had to come up with an alternative? When they finished working on the last day they left bare wires in the attic. We did not know if these were still connected to the ceiling fan or if they were live. It took her a week to tell me it is probably not live and i could tape the ends if i wanted to be safe. She didn't know when her guys would be able to come by to look at it. Yes, they do inexpensive work, but they never gave me a written quote or estimate. They are inconsiderate of your time and have poor communication. Not to mention that I requested a bill and she didn't send it to me until over a week later. It has now been over 2 weeks since the work has been done and they will not pick up the phone for me to pay my bill. I am so frustrated at the unprofessionalism and work of this company. Choose a different company!

  As a landlord I always appreciate finding local service companies that are willing to show up and do a job on a trust basis without me being there. Shelly was very easy to work with over the phone and took care of a main service disconnect that I needed replaced and run to the main panel on an older house in Texas City. She coordinated the cutoff and reconnect with the local utility. Later she also took care of a few non-working GFCIs for a very reasonable price.

  We had an excellent experience with Hatch Electric! They replaced our entire electrical panel on a house we were purchasing and it was done quickly and efficiently! They also came out and wired up my stovetop. Super knowledgeable and very friendly! Will definitely use them again in the future!
