      Amy and her team are our Go-To electrical experts for both of our businesses and our home. We just switched both of our stores to LED lighting and Hathaway to do the job. Hathaway's Team was prompt, responsive and left the place better than when they started the work. Our stores are now more energy efficient, better lit and present a better work environment for our team and our clients. Lastly, the cost of the work was lower than anticipated. GREAT PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION!

      Customer beware. Overpriced, took 3 months of prodding and rework on minor jobs. Covid is no excuse for unqualified employees. If you can’t perform to your quoted job, don’t submit a bid. The response provided below by Hathaway was not accurate. After being told the product was back ordered and very expensive, I found the item at Lowe’s and provided the info to Hathaway. This was the item installed in my home. This morning, 10/2/2020, during an annual York County Fire Station inspection of my smoke detectors the fire inspector looked at the smoke detectors and determined Hathaway had used a smoke detector connection to complete one of the “jobs” contracted for recently. It must be rewired because it should never have been used for the outlet. When the light is turned off, it disables all the smoke detectors in my home. This is the type of incompetence that was used for this relatively minor service.theycharged me over $1,000 for.

It is reviews such as yours that provide our company the ability to learn from our mistakes in hopes so we may create a better experience. Unfortunately, your fans did not match the down rods upon our arrival. The lights were back ordered then unavailable from the supplier (we immediately let you know). Additionally, we attempted to order a replacement light but it did not meet your preference. Lastly, we tried to custom order the lights so there were time delays. Thank you and I hope you will grant us the opportunity to improve your image of us.
