  Absolutely pitiful customer service as their employees rode the back of our car on the highway with brights on as we are going above the speed limit. Services were overpriced when discussed, timeliness was below average. Just a bad experience even trying to get their service, if there are other options, use them.

  AC had low freon during week of 80 degree weather. We called Haynes and they were out the same day to fix it. They saved the day!!
