  10pm and no heat …with two small kids and a gf that’s always cold! Called HB energy solutions and they were great at communicating and getting my furnace fixed. The techs are very informative and very skilled. Great response time and 24hr emergency service . I feel relieved knowing these guys are working on my furnace!!! Definitely recommend these guys!

  I am very satisfied with HB Energy's service. I ordered a heat pump installation and was very pleased with the fast delivery time and lightning fast installation (only less than two days!). I can only recommend Brian & his team!

  We had an issue where the water from our well wasn't getting to the house on a Saturday. We had visitors at the house and we have a newborn, so we needed water. We called our regular plumbers, but got a voicemail. We called every plumber we could find online, and most didn't answer; those that did said they couldn't get anyone out for 2-3 weeks. Finally, I called HB and the pleasant customer service rep (a person answered the phone!) said Brian would get in touch with us soon. While Brian couldn't make it out to our house that day, he instead spent 45 minutes on the phone and in text messages with me, trying to diagnose & temporarily solve the situation. With his help, we were able to get the water working for the time being. He then fit in time on Monday with one of his plumbers, who made the solution more permanent and gave us some estimates for upgrades that would prevent the situation from happening again. Brian & team saved the day, and we are eternally grateful, and they've earned a new customer.
