  I purchased a quite used generator and it still ran perfectly. I went to upgrade the carb to a tri-fuel and had a few problems. The customer service here is so friendly, professional and extremely thorough. They care that my unit runs well. After a few parts were swapped out, this HD9000 runs like it's brand new. It runs my entire 50a 5th wheel with no problems. I couldn't be happier with this company and their product. If you're reading this and you're balancing a choice, know that you can't go wrong choosing these guys. Thank you Meli, Travis and Tony for going that extra mile to make sure I'm safe in my travels!

  Someone in one of their trucks was driving erratically this morning and cut me off pushing my car on to the shoulder of the freeway. Had I not moved over he would have hit me. Oregon license plate 445-LHV.
