  Thank you, thank you, thank you! Our power came back on after 52 hrs. Many more have had it worse than we do/did. I know the crews have been working tirelessly throughout this unprecedented ordeal. A special thank you to the men out there working in these conditions.

  I can't believe you company would shut off service to a elderly mental health lady during this shut down. This lady live in an apartment right next door to you and has been without power in her home for 3 weeks, what's wrong with you people?

  I don't believe that we are the service provider. We do not service any apartments next to our facilities.
