  Heber light and power had to get some trees next to my house trimmed since they were getting to close to the power lines. The tree that needed to be trimmed was extremely unsightly and I preferred to just get rid of it. Unfortunately the tree was right on the border to where either I would have to pay for it or they would. I reached out to Peterson Tree Care (company doing the trimming) to see how much it would cost to just knock it down since they would already be trimming the tree. they gave me an unbeatable deal and came out the next day to take the tree down. I cannot emphasize how professional and timely they were!

  Great power service, really bad customer service!! Try and cancel your service?? Funny how public service companies, don’t take care of there customers.

  You wont pick up your phone. No worries. I'll just send you a bill for my computer. It's a $1500 computer and it's been having problems ever since these surges became frequent. Surge protector can only help so much.
