  My father, an electrician, has been a client with Hein for over 40yrs. After reading the 1 star review he asked me to help him write a review of his own: "the Grafton store manager happens to be one of my favorite managers. He is polite, courteous, and very helpful going beyond the call of duty. He always says "thank YOU from buying from Hein". I will always continue to buy my supplies from them".

  I understand people want to go home at the end of the day but walked in at 3:56 and was told they couldn't help me because they were closed and the computer was shut off. My order would have taken 2 minutes. I own a business and serve my customer. My daughter works retail and gets customers walking in after they close and are expected to wait on them. There is nothing in an electrical supply house that will take very long. Very rude! Hein should set a better expectation! I have spent thousands here over the year and will no longer nor will any of my electrician friends.

  Hein in Grafton is a true professionals supply house. The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. He frequently goes above and beyond for our company. I truly appreciate the service he provides.
