  We have had more then our share of screen and laptop drama over the years - a family of four including two teenagers and the adults running two crazy businesses! There never is a good time for computer problems but no matter the situation Helion has been our shining light to save the day. Laptop repair, laptop recovery or replacement and too many phone screens to count! Each one taken care of professionally, quickly and with a smile! Thank you Kevin for all the help!

  Kevin and Dani at Helion really listen. I sometimes come up with some wild ideas that come from knowing a little. Kevin methodically thinks them through, checks my systems and comes up with the best and most reliable solution. They maintain my SCO Unix, Microsoft Network and Mac systems for maximum effectiveness. There are so many other things that Kevin does that I should have thought about putting him on the payroll! We went through a flood and the range of his skills getting our systems, electrical and other mission critical things rebuilt has been a God-send. We have a revolving list that Helion checks and executes regularly to keep me going. Helion is like an Employee of the Month several times a year!

  Helion has always been there for use in a crunch with computer system problems and security system installation upgrades and improvements. Even little things like jammed printers and phone apps. We at Sacketts Fireplace highly recommend Helion for your IT solutions
