  Summary: Excellent work by friendly electricians. My wife and I had can lights installed in two locations. The initial visit/quote was easy to schedule and competitively priced. Peter J. and his assistant came and did the work two weeks later! If you're from the Madison area you'll recognize how quick of a turn-around that is. The installation was flawless and the end product looks great. They used low-profile, color adjustable can lights on a dimmer switch and now a previously dark space has come to life! They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well. I'll be using Helping Hands for any future residential electrical work I need done!

  Person that came out was very nice and evaluated the work needed. Very good experience. I was not excited about the $65 estimate, but still wanted to give them a try as they had good reviews. The 3 small jobs I requested would probably be done in less than an hour. They include the $65 in the price of the estimate (which is nice). The estimate came to $205. I know businesses have to cover the cost of overhead, but $100/hour seems a little steep. I also asked for an estimate to install Cat6 through the house. I'm still waiting on a second estimate both jobs.

  I had the best customer service experience with Helping Hands Electric. From the time I called and spoke to a really nice person who accommodated my schedule for the work I needed done, to the technician showing up on time and having all the work I needed done efficiently. They were extremely professional and respectful. Very knowledgeable and patient with me and all the questions that I had. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work. Thanks again!
