  Great service and cares about people. He made sure our boiler was fixed ASAP so we wouldn't be without heat during winter when it went out suddenly. He's very knowledgeable and will get you taken care of while explaining what he's doing and why.

  EDITED: previously I gave a 5 star review because he is knowledgeable. However, after my last experience just a few days later I am changing it to 2 stars. You will see better customer service in a graveyard. He told me on Thursday he would be out Friday afternoon. Friday came and went without so much as a phone call. I called Monday morning and spoke with a woman who told me he would call me at lunchtime. Lunchtime came and went, no phone call. I called Monday evening at 5 and still got no straight answer. Don't even bother calling this plumber.
