Power went out at 2:30am last night during a storm. Submitted the outage on the website and the technician was out here within 30 min during the storm to fix it. I figured I’d be without power until the morning. Thank you!!

We just moved to an area where Hendricks was our only option for power and to be quite honest it’s been a nightmare. Our first payment was 180, whatever that’s fine we paid it but we just got our payment due and it’s 302 dollars, how is that possible when we aren’t living in the house yet? We have the lights off and don’t go there as often as we would like. The representative on the phone let my boyfriend know that they could send an inspector free of charge but then later got a call saying they couldn’t due to COVID. That is understandable during these times but what is going on with the price gauging? I am so disappointed in this company and we will be calling come Monday to resolve this ridiculous issue which should have never been an issue, the representatives don’t help whatsoever and that is why I am writing this review. Shameful.

As CEO of Hope's Way, a free recreation center for children with special needs, I wish to commend and gratefully thank Hendricks Power Cooperative and all it's staff for the generous support given to Hope's Way for the last 19 years. HPC has always been there to assist in our service to the community. The staff and line crews have always been very polite and respectful. Hope's Way has provided free special recreation to children from the entire state of Indiana. This is only made possible by the partnerships with community leaders like our friends at Hendricks Power Cooperative. A+
