  I was Happy with my experience with Hensel electric. I called on a busy holiday weekend and they were able to send out a gentleman to do the work that I needed to be done. I was concerned that a fire could take place but when the gentleman got out there he found that it was not a pressing need and was going to patch it for me and come back so that I would not have to spend as much money but due to the fact that he was already out there I wanted him to go ahead and fix it and I was happy with that decision and would call again.

  We needed some GCI outlets replaced on a quick time frame. Kenny had someone over here the next morning at 7:15. They were punctual, respectful, kind, hardworking. They communicated the process and parts, got them in, and were on their way! I would highly recommend Hensel to anyone needing electrical services in Waco! Great company!
