  The install technician that replaced the pipes in my house was the most professional person I have ever had. He took time to lay out plastic on all my floors, explained what he would be doing and actually ask me if I had any questions or concerns. When he was done everything was perfect and cleaned back up. Billy Burns definitely represented HEP very well!

  I called Hep because my heat did not work correctly. Lee and Chino came out and we’re very friendly knowledgeable and good at their job. Lee explained what was wrong and the options that could be done. All of my questions were answered in a way I can understand them. They were even patient with me when I called my husband. I totally recommend Lee and Chino. I will be more of a customer because of The customer service I received.
