  Requested $400 upfront came for one day and never showed back up dident respond back to any text or calls and when he did respond back to text he promised to be there the next day by 10am and never showed up and never recieved a call on why he dident show up as he promised i definetly wouldent recommend this company to anyone for it is rip off and not reliable at all below are pictures of the work he did do and some of what he hasent done

  I am sorry for the inconvenience that this caused all of us, but I ended up with covid & im on my second week of quarantined now then I also got incarcerated for 5 days & I was just o.r.ed out at 5pm today. I would like to fix this issue between us to keep my name clean if we can come to an agreement. Again I'm sorry for this inconvenience for both of us. I did not intend for any of this to happen.

  I found HeRo as I was opening my business and needed some work done immediately. He came, gave a quote, and completed the work in the same day. I have used him ever since. He's reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

  Was supposed to install faucet. NEVER SHOWED UP or contacted me. Arranged through Handy app and did not notify through that either.

  I tried to respond back to you thru the handy app to let you know I had an emergency water leak that I had to go fix that I wanted to reschedule our time but it wouldn't send I don't know why that was & I don't have your phone number so I couldn't call you to talk to you. I'm so sorry for the miscommunication but I would like a chance to get this review changed. It wasn't my fault that I couldn't send you a message thru the handy app.
