  Unprofessional and unreliable. After an initial phone consultation, Tim said he could do the work. He did an on-site inspection and said he'd send an email listing the work to be done and pricing. Then 2 weeks passed with nothing from Tim. Only after repeated attempts to reach him did he send a vague and incomplete estimate. When asked for clarification, he backed out. Beware unless you don't mind wasting time on a dead end or spending thousands of dollars on vaguely defined work that may or may not achieve the results you're looking for.

  non responsive. He says he wants you as a client but he seems to discriminate, he talks a good talk but there is no follow through. I wanted someone who could behave professionally in my home do professional electrical work and he is not the one to put action behind his talk.
