  I called to have our outlets looked at on Thursday and was told he would be here on Monday. We did have some bad weather come in so I waited til Tuesday to call. He stated he would be here around lunchtime on Wednesday, so I took the day off. Never got a call on Wednesday so I called back and he stated he would be here or call me by 3pm. Again, never showed up or called. Tried calling back and went to voicemail. I understand if your busy but I wasted an entire vacation day waiting on him to show up. Customer service is pathetic and don't recommend.
