  Exceptional! From the time I contacted the company to completion of the work, everyone I interacted with were consummate professionals. They were always responsive, patiently answered all my questions, worked with me on a very short timeline. and their work was timely, clean and quality at a fair price.   Todd and his team were fantastic to work with. He gave multiple options for me to choose from for my new ductless heat pump in my finished basement. His response rate to my email communication was incredibly fast, and his team always showed up within the window of time that he promised, if not sooner. He and his team were very professional and finished the install within about five hours or so. He took care of all the warranty and inspection information. Everything is working great so far (and I don't expect otherwise), but I am confident that Hickory Heating and Cooling would make it right if something did not work like it should.

  Hickory Heating and Cooling always shows up when they say they will. Everyone is always very nice. They get to us fast and do a great job to get us up and running again. Very happy with these folks. I would definitely recommend them.
