  Collins was great! I was a late for the appointment due to traffic and he very kindly told me he was at the house and happy to wait. Once inside he found the problem with the outlet immediately and went on to check other outlets in the area. He found a bad front porch light fixture that needed to be replaced. Will definitely call again and will ask for him .

  Higgins Electrical was really helpful and friendly during the appointment. They were clearly highly informed and skilled at what they did. They swiftly identified and corrected my wiring problems. They were able to explain what was going on as well as provide further ideas and information to assist me in the future with my own minor repairs.
