  Going through the stressful process of purchasing a new home, I hired a professional home inspector as recommended by my realtor and mortgage company. He did a great and thorough job and I was pleased with all he had found. My realtor happened to mention he knew of a company who would perform a complimentary Electrical Inspection that could give me some specialized feedback about the home I was fixing to close the deal on. Thankfully I did because I was able to learn more about what this home needed repaired and upgraded before and after I made the purchase. I negotiated the asking price down using the information High Desert provided in their report and used the funds I saved to hire them to make the necessary repairs and upgrades. I recommend utilizing their service and I definitely recommend them to make any repairs and upgrades on your home.
