Beware! Owner put a fraudulent lien against my house due to a personal vendetta. Lacks work ethics, values and morals. Be very careful choosing a subcontractor of this nature…. You have no idea what you might get yourself into with this guy (Chad Kay-Owner).

I built a high end custom home with High Voltage as our electrical contractor. They did not connect the garage door wiring to the control on the wall, was inoperable. All the fans were put together improperly, obviously rushed. All are wobbling, and 3 out of 4 do not work from the control on the wall. We called to have the issues fixed, and they refused to come out. Their excuse was we owed them money. When asked what we owed, they said it was for the LED can lighting through the main living area. What they neglected to remember was we had payed for LED initially. It was not our fault they forgot to install what we payed for, and had to replace the horrible, cheap lighting that was installed. When our contractor, who has been building amazing homes of all shapes, sizes, and prices called him on his shotty work, he threw a temper tantrum. Admitted, our contractor fell on hard times in the early 2000s, as did EVERY contractor in the area. His response to being asked to fix his horrible work, "I'm glad you lost Sky Ridge (the subdivision he worked long and hard to aquire), and glad you can barely walk." Mind you, my contractor had to have 3 major back surgeries in the last 2 years. His back problems are because he has worked hard his whole life, and he has never complained, and always has done best by his clients and subs no matter what was going on in his life. Now has some second rate electrical company saying things like that? Bottom line. DO NOT USE. They overcharge, will charge you for some random 'field change,' then find some reason to not stand by their work. Bad company ran by a person of horrible character.

I'm putting a new estate home in Somersett. They said they were too busy. They only want to work with large customers. They discriminate against small builders.
