  Great place to work! I have been with Highlights Electrical for over 20 years and I am proud to be a part of our team. We take pride in our work and we never sub out jobs. We own our eqiupment and pass those savings on to our customers. We offer 24/7 emergency services and disaster recovery. I truly believe we are one of the most reliable and honest electrical and lighting contractors in the Houston area.

  If there was an option to put 0 stars I would have. There office staff has some of the worst character I have dealt with very unprofessional. Charlie is incompetent and unfit for his position. I have never met another person who acts like they know what there doing yet fails so horribly. There field workers would earn them 4 stars if the company was only based off them.

  Bad experience with this company. They billed me for an hr and a half to come out to push a button to reset the GFI outlet, when in reality no tech came out or had a signature that he was here and no one saw him. But the manager/owner brushed us off.
