  Since moving to the St Cloud area we have reached out to Hightower Electric on several occasions. The work varied from the installation of several ceiling fans to as simply as replacing an exterior ground receptacle. Each project was handled professionally and diligently by Jonothan our new “house electrician”. I highly recommend Hightower if you are looking for great upfront communication followed by a professional installation.

  Jason was amazing in his professional work! We needed to have a outlet placed at our property and he realized our electrical panel was not up to par and so he charged us a reasonable fee for the replacement and installation. I called him on a Thursday and by Tuesday morning, he had everything completed! He even cut the trees around our electrical panel in order to access it but also making it easier for us to access. He is easily reached via phone or text and was amazing in keeping up in the loop. Thank you again for your work Jason!

  Jason at Hightower provides incredible service regardless of the circumstances! Our organization had a construction project underway, and we were using another electrician through the advice of our GC. Wish we had contracted with Hightower Electric (Jason) instead. At one point during construction our GC informed us that the electrical main and other service equipment needed for the building had a lead time from the manufacturer of 3 to 6 months!!! The GC and his electrician accepted the lead time and did nothing to try to tighten the schedule or provide solutions to expedite the procurement of the equipment. We reached out to Jason, and he was ready and willing to help. In short, Jason and his team did the legwork to evaluate alternatives to our riser design, determined what equipment would have faster lead times from multiple manufacturers, and developed and designed a riser diagram using equipment that was acceptable to the design professional/ engineer. We received all of our equipment needed within 3 weeks! Jason offered to install the equipment, but unfortunately, we were already in contract. However, that did not stop him from following up with us on multiple occasions to check-in on progress. Truly grateful for Jason and Hightower Electric.
