  Needed 2 chandelier's replaced and two dimmer switches added. Also installed new wall outlet that was not part of original service call. I had originally had another company scheduled but they had some guys out sick, so just decided to call and see if anyone was available and Hilbrich could be out in a couple days. Called me night before to verify appointment and showed up on time and did the job in only a couple hours and was very reasonably priced! Will use again for sure!

  I was very impressed with Hilbrich Electric. I contacted a couple different companies over the past two years to have an old fuse box converted to a junction box and possibly move my electrical panel up from the basement which has always had water issues. Unlike the other companies John detailed everything thing that I wanted done within 20 minutes, explaining what was possible and what he recommended. Expecting a very high cost for what I wanted done, I was pleasantly surprised at a quote that was roughly a third of what people told me to expect for the work I wanted done. The crews worked quickly and very efficiently. They were extremely polite and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend they be your first choice for the work you need done.

  I would give 5 stars for their service, timeliness (returning calls and completing the work), and cleanliness (clean up after each area is completed). The 3 star rating is due to ignoring the homeowner regarding the work desired to be completed, not having the home owner sign the contract and putting the receipt in the boyfriend's name. As the homeowner, and one that paid the bill, I called the office and the receptionist was short with me. I cannot claim the upgrades on my taxes. No work should be completed at a residence without the homeowners signature.
