  These folks called out by my roofing company to repair heating system issues caused by my roofers. In the process they damaged a switch on the heater. They denied damage, not so much of a deal. However they bypassed the safety switch and left it bypassed. I asked the tech directly if he bypassed the switch. He said no. I immediately checked and found the switch bypassed. When the new set of techs came out to fix. They admitted the supervision told the other crew to lie to me and leave the safety switch bypassed. This is the most unethical company I have ever seen.

  We have used Hill Country Mechanical & Electrical services for various projects for several years now. From installing new electrical services on mobile homes to replacing and servicing our central A/C’s, they’ve been phenomenal in every sense of the word. We’ve never had to look anywhere else, these guys are highly recommended.

  Hill Country Mechanical did a wonderful job installing a Generac 24Kw generator during our new home build in Vintage Oaks, New Braunfels, TX. Started the process during framing (Feb 2021), and completed the job once we moved in (Aug 2022). We wanted to offset any freak winter weather with reliable back up power. The generator exercises automatically and sends out phone notifications. During our resent solar install / New Braunfels Utilities shutdown, the system fired up and operated according to specs. Curtis Flepp has did a great job!
