  We had a hall fan/light that was not working. Two men came out without a “base price” notification. They were here a total of 5-7min and turned a screwdriver twice on a loose switch wire. I called to notify the company later that day that one of the men had left his tools and to find out how much the cost was. No price given as the work done had not been filled out yet. 3 weeks later I received a call from the one who’s tools I had. He came out and picked them up. Over a month later I received a bill for $135.00. With the service listed “repair loose wire in 3-way light switch”. I called to ask why it was so much. First I was told “there was a base price and that they had to come out twice for the service” I replied with “no ma’am, the second trip was to collect the tools that were left in my hallway”. I was handed off to the owner who came at me with “There’s a base price” and asked me “how much I thought it should have been” wondering if I had been charged this base price twice I told him what the lady had said and informed him that the second trip was to get the tools they had left in my hallway. His reply was “how about this, you don’t have to pay it and you don’t call me again” We won’t don’t worry. I won’t deal with people that cannot/will not be questioned and cannot have a civil conversation.
