  Charles was the ONLY one responding to our 2018 power out outlets problem on a SUNDAY, later made an appointment within 48hrs, arrived promptly, repairs = 1/2hr & VERY fair pricing. Even figured out an optional, better wiring solution to our new needs (since 1980, of course) to be installed in 3 days! Does it get better than this in a small college town? 2020: Once again, Charles & Co saves the day by replacing a fire-hazard, old faulty 1980 outlet under kitchen sink & even rerouted it w/waterproof outlet to location with less traffic & MUCH easier access! Fast, reasonable rates, 1st class repair.
