This company came recommended so I was really excited to have a company I could trust. I was wrong. Installed a new outlet for a generator. In the process they did not connect all the wires back. Disposal did not work, that was repaired next day. Then I noticed three kitchen outlets did not work. That took over two weeks for them to return to repair. When they came back out a third time they left the panel on the ground. After all the hassle and non working outlets, you would think they would adjust my bill for the inconvenience. After receiving the bill, which was more than quoted, I had to call and ask for an adjustment . I was super patient and they were friendly. They took off $75.00 for the hassle. Extremely disappointed in this company. I was going to use them for the electrical work for my new pool install. At least I know now.

Ronda, I hate to hear that you had a bad experience with any contractor. After checking our records and service manager, we do not show ever working for you. Please beware that there are multiple unaffiliated businesses within a short distance of our Monroe, NC office that include the name "Hinson." It sounds like you might have us mixed up. Wish I could tell you about their work but I can't. I actually walked into their office to hire them. Young lady said she would have someone call me. Days later I got the call and missed it because I was cutting my lawn. Called back immediately and left message on phone of the man who called me. Asked him to please call me back. He NEVER called me back. I have no idea what kind of quality work they actually perform but you can see how they handle part of their business. Very frustrating.
