  Wayne comes across a little rough don't let that throw you because he is Fair I have found Wayne to be a very kind man he came and converted my heating systems I went from Steam Heat to forced air because of my limited finances oh, he still worked with me. I recommend this company. During the time of his work a tree fell across my yard he even offered to assist me with that! If you're looking for a smaller company with personable service I recommend Wayne and his team. Very professional and guaranteed work.

  Our furnace went out overnight. Logged into Angies list and Wayne called promptly. Set up a time to come. His employee was actually the one to show, which is perfectly fine. He diagnosed and quoted. We agreed. He stated he had ro go get the parts, understandable. He also stated he was going to grab lunch, "can't work when hungry". Fine. After 3.5 hours I called and spoke to Wayne, he stated they hadtp get the parts and grabbed a bit to eat. Stated the other guy was on his way back. What did they do go to a sit down restaurant? I get a call about 1.5 hours after that and was told he went to the wrong job and he is now on his way, and he apologized, a miscommunication between them somehow. 5.5 hours later he arrived back. He apologized and said he messed up. He finishes, furnace is running. But nothing, not even a waiver of their service call fee due to basically an all day affair and the huge mishap. Poor customer service in my opinion. Initially he quoted me a price, then stated the 90 service call fee needs to be added. In the past when we have had people do repairs, the service fee is basically waived if they do the repairs. Needless to say, not a great experience.....

  They installed a furnace and air conditioner. There was a problem with the furnace. They came out and fixed. Very professional and kind.
