  Installed whole house generator and agreed to provide service. Once installed no longer provides maintenance and does not respond to email, phone calls or text. Apparently happy to take your money for a big job but doesn't care about promises.

  Hi Bill, we were in the process of buying a different home with a new home office. We were unfortunately not able to get our phone service hooked up for a time period when you were trying to reach us. I don’t recall any cell phone calls or text messages at that time either from you. Our business phones are functioning and we’re out servicing our customers generators. Craig
