  Wow! What a great experience! We just had a new Trane electric air conditioning system / gas furnace installed and I wouldn’t have called anyone else to do this work for us but Holt Phillips. I’ve known Michael and Jan Phillips for a number of years now and know them to be honest, so very conscientious and just really awesome local people. And we all know that leadership sets the tone for a company. I was so impressed from my first contact that started with my email to Holt Phillips from their website. Michael called me back the next morning to answer my questions about the HVAC market. The office staff was great. Evan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about our options and provided a quote for each one. Less than a week later, Rob, Sean and Nick came to do the installation. I was very impressed with the attention our job received (three Holt Phillips trucks and three techs!). Again, these guys had it together. We discussed a couple things through the day and had a nice new shiny Trane system in by 2 this afternoon. I feel we received the best price, payment terms, and result possible. Thank you so very much, Holt Phillips!

  We had a noticeable leak in our condo's AC system and needed it fixed quickly to accommodate an in-coming tenant. Holt-Phillips worked us in and showed exactly as scheduled. The work was quick but efficient. Rob found that a major part was still under warranty (unexpected), replaced it, then completed several other smaller jobs we had listed throughout the condo. He took care of it all. For great service, professional and courteous technicians and fair pricing you need to call Holt. Thank you Rob and Holt-Phillips for getting us back on track!

  I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owner called me within 2 hours of my first email request. Service techs are the best in the business. These guys really care and take pride in their work. Sean & Nick did my installation and were so respectful and professional. You need not look any further for a HVAC company to keep you cool and SAFE in the Florida heat and HUMUDITY. Respectfully, John R. Clay Crestview, Fl.
