  *******STAY AWAY from this guy*********** Mr. Chet Romines is a person who gains your trust and then destroys it. All that sweet talks and can do attitude will soon be replaced with excuses as soon you pay him. My home renovation project turned into a nightmare. I paid him almost 80 to 90% of agreed amount for the entire project trusting him blindly. Soon after my last payment people working for him stopped showing up for work stating that he did NOT pay them. Now at this point i have no one showed up to work on my home renovation project for last two weeks. He has all excuses in this world. Now he does not answer my calls and responds with emails or text messages which are just a way to buy more time. Do some more research on his name or his company's name you will find more horror stories on YELP and other review sites. I wish i had done my research.

  I have paid MR. Chet Romines $1,676 to do a job witch he then ran out of when he had a car then family problem. Not indenturing my phone calls but stating that in emails he will get the job done i could not longer wait and had to pay someone else to complete the project. 2 mounts later I have yet to be reimbursed. but did receive a paid in full invoice.
