Couldn't find a receipt for a purchase back in 2019. I was sure I had purchased extended warranty, the guy on the phone was newer but took my name and number got the guy who knew how to pull up older records and then actually called me back. I even missed the first call and they called again... printed off receipt and repairman is going to be here the next business day.b

Usually are fairly helpful, except for this time, tried to set up a delivery, what a frustrating let down, they couldn't tell me what day or how much it would cost. I asked how would they notify me when it would be delivered, and they didn't know that either. I asked is there someone else here that would know, the lady rolled her eyes as if it was too much to ask, went to Lowe's, got a delivery date, price, and they even said thank you

Had the worst experience with my flooring install. Installer comes out, 2 guys with 1 doing all the work. Therefore, a 2 day job took 3 full days in which the 2nd guy didn't even come the final day. Installers showed up at 9:30 every day and left at 4:30 sharp every day with a lunch in between. Flooring was required to be caulked around the base, which was done in 15 mins to cover 306 LF. Left house a mess with dust and scraps. Gaps around baseboard ranged from 0 to 7/8 of an inch when the spec calls for no more than 3/8 inch. When pictures and description was provided to HD, initial response was "nothing is wrong." I called Pergo to confirm who said the gaps are too large and my warranty would be void. Only after multiple phone calls, I had the contractor company come back out to confirm in which a report was generated to confirm. HD finally agreed to come back out and fix and countered my offer of providing and installing the molding for the trouble with just providing the cheapest plastic molding they carry. When the installer came back out, he didn't even have a order to fix the floor but just install the molding. I denied and issued a claim with HD corporate who finally got someone to come back out and fix the floor a month and a half later. When she asked if I was satisfied, I said no and requested some sort of compensation for my trouble, which was denied by the HD district manager. All in all, I would NOT recommend HD for any laminate flooring install as they contact installers who do a hack job and then do not back the work.
