Every thing, seems to be good , Except 1 little thing , The Loading area for Construction ,It's like employees are Quick to find something to do, when tha lines at ck out are full ! Can't find anyone to help,. Lowe's has gotten the same way though. Could be 4 plus stars,. I come in every day , and everyday is the same !

they won't return items unless they scan your drivers license.... if you dont have one, they just take your stuff and tell you you cannot be helped. also will not take cash for a special order. i have spent over 10 grand at thia place easy, and they do nothing but take a dump on you... thanks for stealing roughly 60 bucks from me. seriously considering filing a motion in court. thanks for attempting to violate my 4th amendment rights by using monetary leverage. way to stay classy home depot.

Nightmare from the start! I had higher hopes for HomeDepot carpet installation. From the start in store, they would not install clearance carpet. Ok, then what will HomeDepot install? They will install other stuff, but you have to pay for installation. OK, then sign me up! Wait, this is the wrong pad, I want this second best stuff. Oh, don't worry, you can change it later. Then measure guy shows up. OK, here's your quote. Wait, I want the second best pad, it's for a rental, I need 7/16" with vapor barrier. Oh, I'll make a note. Please know he was the BEST HomeDepot guy! Then I get a call, congratulating me! Really? I know who I picked because I didn't want to do it myself! (Do I get a trophy?) Then another call, your carpet is scheduled for Feb 2nd! OK. Then another call a week later, (day before install) Oh, congratulations for picking HomeDepot! (Really?) Wait, we can't install until the 7th, and you're lucky we can do it then. (What?) Ok, get it done, no smokers allowed in my house please. Oh, you need to speak to my supervisor! OK, spoke to her, I don't think she cared. Then day of install, I get a call from installer company, They'll be there in an hour. OK, it was supposed to be a 3 hour window, but OK. Then installers show up with the wrong pad. I let them know I order the recycled with vapor barrier. The installer says, that is the best HomeDepot installs. OK, I wanted the second best. The guy removes all the tack stips and says well be back. An hour later I get a call from HomeDepot, guy tells me that was the right padding, the vendor changed style. OK, then why was it virgin over 1/2 inch thick with no vapor barrier? He then tells me that HomeDepot cannot install for me because of the padding. Still waiting on refund, and they better not charge me a surcharge because they cant perform!
