I have had too many problems with this Home Depot than I think I have the energy and space here to write about. Kitchen design - bad. We bought granite countertops based on in-store calculation. Our measurements were proven accurate but in store personnel forgot to include one section. Needless to say, the price was not what was expected and then the installation was really shoddy and we had to involve the store manager to resolve. Delivery - no quality control. Fence panels arrived damaged and door arrived wet and discolored from the packaging bleeding onto the doors. We paid $79 for delivery and expected better. In store customer service - good luck with that! No one seems to be in much of a hurry at all - that is when you can even find someone to help you. Calling the store to resolve an issue - expect to be disconnected at least once. I gave one star because zero stars is not an option.
