  Home depot went from number one to zero on my list. Twice this year, I needed to make purchases that were sent to outside contractors. First for storm doors, the employee took all information required and said that the contractor would call and that didnt happen. 2-3 weeks later I stopped in the store and inquired again about the storm doors. The employee said he would send a message to the contractor and again, I didn't receive a call. In August my spouse inquired about replacing siding on the house, the employee took down the information , the contractor called in august to set an appointment in september. this past Saturday, was the agreed upon appointment set by the contractor for an estimate, etc. The contractor was a " NO show" and didn't bother to call , cancel and reschedule due to whatever the reason. I understand these contractors are not directly employed by home depot, however, these contractors are representives for the services the store does offer. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service from those contractors and will take my business to the competition.

  I have always gotten great service and always respected me for my military service. Much better than Lowe's.

  If I could give less I would, worst countertop project ever took over a month to complete the install. Issues to many to say,
