  Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience I've had. We ordered carpet, scheduled the install 6 weeks in advance. The day before install (week before Christmas) I was called and informed that they were over-booked and would need to reschedule—seriously?? Carpet was installed on the rescheduled date a week later, BUT the installers refused to take away the carpet and padding they removed despite Home Depot contracting me on take-away and removal. Now I'm left with carpet and padding on my driveway over New Year's. Classic example of misrepresentation and horrible customer service. I refuse to do business with this place again. Thanks for nothing, Home Depot.

  Starting with my order and payment in January and final installation six months later, this was the worst countertop purchase I've had in 16 remodeled houses. Home Depot discontinued one of my selections. When I made a new selection, I was told it was supplied by someone else and would have to be remeasured by another company delaying the installation, so I had to make a different selection, at a much higher price. Since it was a bathroom piece, I was willing to work with a remnant piece from the fabricator, but was told that was not an option for me, since I was already Home Depot's customer. So countertop order had to be divided into two installs. First install comes, sinks are cut wrong. Installers apologize, even though they didn't do anything wrong, tell me someone will call me the next day with new installation date. No one calls me, I had to call Home Depot three days later to find out what was going on. Was told by Home Depot they would try to rush the replacement, since it AMC's fault. No one from AMC calls to apologize, no one from AMC puts a rush on the order. It simply goes into your regular production schedule, again three weeks out. The materials themselves are gorgeous and the installers were terrific, the only reason this review is not a single star. Have used Home Depot for cabinets for years, but this countertop was a one off experience that will not be repeated.

  Had windows and patio door done, horrible! No measurments used when installed, they did the trims on the windows they also look horrible.. they didnt measure correctly.. whole expirence was a fail. Will never do installments with homedepot ever
