  Forklift loading service (Philip) is bad waited a hour and had to call them twice for Sheetrock just to tell me they didn’t receive a call and couldn’t load them on my flatbed f350 so I returned all Sheetrock back

  In general, I find the service at Home Depots spotty. However, I was extremely pleased with the one in Cumming. I called first and talked to a young guy in flooring. He was incredibly helpful. I subsequently visited, bought several boxes of stick on vinyl tiles, and the following day turned the floor in an unfinished storage room from gross to fantastic in a couple of hours and for less than $80. Not sure I would have tackled the project without the help he provided.

  Bought carpet from the store at the end of January they went to install it and had a spot. Home Depot said they would re-order it and get it installed quickly. 3 weeks later and 6 weeks overall still no carpet and I keep getting the run around that is has shipped to the installer buy no one knows where it is. Buyer beware on their customer service and responsiveness
